• Deliver Non-Technical training as required in line with curriculum and awarding body requirements • Complete administrative duties and monitor learners’ progress throughout their learning journey • Assist with, and develop, resources for the automotive department • Participate in and contribute to your own and your staff’s training and development, as deemed required by management • Ensure inclusion of functional skills, equality and diversity, promoting good values and employability skills within training sessions • Liaise with colleagues and the assessing team to remain focused on learner success and achievement
