Responsible to prepare the Construction schedule, certifying the Bills, submitting the weekly/monthly progress reports etc. Job requirements: · Lead the development of methods and procedures to cover project planning, Project cost estimating, project cost control, and project budget preparation and getting it approved by the management. · Analysis of the project Schedule using critical path methodology; generating Performance measurement monthly report for the management team; interfacing \with project technical staff and engineering department to define scope of work, Baseline changes variance analysis and implementation of corrective action. · Analysing Planning and control schedules and periodical update of the status of the project.
